About Us

Since 1980, TERI (Training, Education, & Resource Institute) has been pioneering quality of life and inclusive opportunities where none existed for the special needs community – empowering children, adults and seniors to live their best life. As a nonprofit organization, TERI provides state-recognized services in specialized education, vocational training, 24/7 residential housing, family support, and arts and enrichment programs that promote lifelong independence and wellbeing for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

The 20-acre TERI Campus of Life in San Marcos is a visionary hub for changing the way the world sees, helps and empowers individuals with special needs. Open to the public, the Campus welcomes the community to join TERI in bringing their mission to life through their social enterprises:
