The San Marcos Chamber of Commerce is committed to the development of leaders to serve in a wide variety of capacities in our community. Our mission is to engage and inspire diverse servant leaders to transform the community through vision, collaboration, engagement, and generosity.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Leadership San Marcos is designed for any professional with an interest in growing their professional development and leadership skills to better serve their business or organization. The 5-week course program (limited to 25 participants) aims to engage emerging leaders, inspire established leaders, and develop lasting professional connections with fellow participants. Leadership San Marcos is a program of learning solutions aimed at improving the skill sets, abilities, and confidence of current and future leaders.
